Unless otherwise indicated, bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.
Travelers are required to ensure that all travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are valid and obtained in good time.
We shall assist in visa processing and provide necessary documentation support.
Full payment must be made 2 full months before departure.
Bank Transfer, Zelle or Credit Card can be used for payment purposes with the transactions being subject to relevant fees as may apply.
Prices are quoted in American dollars (USD) and may fluctuate due to currency exchange rates or unforeseen circumstances arising thereafter.
The itinerary will specifically indicate what is covered under the prices charged for tour packages offered by our company.
Changes on booking is subject to availability and other charges may apply.
In writing cancellations should be done as per our cancellation policy which is stated as follows;
The cancellation fee will be $300.
75% of the total amount will be Refundable.
It is highly recommended that travellers get comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations among others.
